Must be 21 and older to book. We suggest travel insurance for all bookings Incase of any unpredictable circumstances being able to make the trip. My HOA has a strict- No pet policy. We fully comply with FDA service animal request, however Emotion Support Animals (ESA) are not permitted. Service animals that are individually trained to do work with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional support Animals are not Service Animals and therefor not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over. Outdoor pool is seasonal and opens mid May-Mid October. Indoor pool is open all year.

Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire complex at the summit. There is a very nice outdoor area by the club house that has charcoal grills, picnic tables and a small playground with a basketball goal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool and patio area to cool off. Included at the club house is a large laundry mat.

The best way to get around would be a car. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville has a trolley system that has many stops all over town that is very affordable. You can park at patriot park in Pigeon Forge and ride all over to explore the many attractions.
