Flying high is newly remodeled condo with AMAZING views! Great condo located just minutes from Ober ski lodge. Professionally decorated giving the condo a relaxing feel of luxury. Complete with a full kitchen to enjoy a nice meal at home. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool. Great for family or a couples getaway to Gatlinburg to enjoy all of the attractions.
Good to know
The views will take your breath away. The condo is very well decorated and gives a feeling of luxury when you are there. Why stay in a hotel when this place offers all of the amenities but better. Easy and convenient for motorcycles.
Other Details to Note
Must be 21 and older to book. The condo is located on the 3rd floor offering the best views around. Indoor stairs to access the condo. We suggest travel insurance for all bookings Incase of any unpredictable circumstances being able to make the trip. My HOA has a strict- No pet policy. We fully comply with FDA service animal request, however Emotion Support Animals (ESA) are not permitted. Service animals that are individually trained to do work with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional support Animals are not Service Animals and therefor not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Guest Access
Guest have access to to the entire complex at the Summit. There is a very nice outdoor area by the club house that has gas grills, picnic tables and a small playground with a basketball goal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool and patio area to cool off. Includes at the club house is a large laundry mat.

The best way to get around would be a car. Pigeon forge, Gatlinburg and sevierville has a trolley system that has many stops all over town that is very affordable. You can park at patriot park in Pigeon Forge and ride all over town to explore the many attractions.
